This cream does two things at once: it protects and it nourishes.
Four organic filters work together to provide SPF 30: bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, ethylhexyl triazone, ethylhexyl salicylate, and disodium phenyl dibenzimidazole tetrasulfonate. According to the product documentation, they are coral-friendly.
On the nourishing side, there is D-panthenol, provitamin B5. The form here is not arbitrary: only D-panthenol is converted into pantothenic acid in the body; a DL-mixture would have only half the activity. This is combined with Laminaria digitata extract containing natural silicon from brown algae—and dihydroavenanthramide D, a soothing active ingredient modeled after the avenanthramide found in oats and specifically developed for sensitive, itch-prone skin.
Developed for sensitive skin that needs protection that is both mild and effective.
